Get messed up! and that is what happned, gee what a shocker..... Her and her friends were given a dose 10 times stronger their dealer intended and most certainly what they bargained for! hahaha,

Well APPARENTLY IT CURED HER BI-POLAR DISORDER!

However, "it was unclear whether she had a loss of consciousness or whether she was intensely preoccupied with her experience at the time," the authors write.

Visiting her in hospital, her father reports that she told him "it's over", which he believed to mean her trip. She later clarified she had meant her bipolar disorder.

Bearing in mind you can't extrapolate too much from one incident, her therapists reported significant improvements in her symptoms following the overdose. Over the course of several years they described her as “entirely stable at present” and though she had come off lithium, which created more mood instability, she showed "no evidence of clinical hypomania or depression”. She self-reported that she was free from mental illness symptoms for the next 13 years, until she experienced post-partum depression after the birth of her children.

The Polar Plunge issss OOOOOOOVER!

That's right kids, February 22nd came and went. The Polar Plunge was a complete success! Team courageous lion raised over $800 and we got balls deep into some frigid waters. Collectively our whole event raised over $44,000!!!!!! Thank you for everybody who tuned in to the live stream! greatly appreciate it. There are so many traits about penguins that are awesome. They bond for life. They propose using stones. They adopt children. They have same-sex families. They know about community and solidarity. They are wonderful creatures. They are also wonderfully stupid sometimes, you can literally have the blind lead the blind if you do it right. Nonetheless I love these little beasts! That's right.... as promised

-Been hectic and busy still trying to find a solid schedule for Baby Amelia. She is 3 moths old! That's exciting and new, she's hyper alert and curious....double Bonus! So now in between Her, my Wife, my job, my hobbies and video games I have quite a full plate. Still trying top find balance and still trying to update as much as possible. Been sick the last week, wanted to do this at that time but kept falling asleep shortly after coming home, cooking dinner, and getting affairs into order. Although I feel 100% better now and have a few moments to snag for an update. I still plan on coming back full swing, I never plan on abandoning this blog and Ideally I'm getting back to a minimum of 2 to 3 (hopefully more) posts a week. Got a MEME round-up! finally and that felt good. I have SOOO many MEMES to share, I could honestly do 2 or 3 inna row right now because theyve been back logged but I won't saturate my return with them.....or maybe just one more. LOL

Just kidding I ain't got time, but I still am doing my hack on my body. Still doing 2 to 3 Potatoes in the morning and a normal Dinner at night (thank god, this diet is SOOOOO BLAND) and I have been losing weight consistently.... at first it was a lot, mostly water weight, then slowly it started coming off about a half pound a day..... I was doing GREAT, that is...until VALENTINES DAY. It set me back but I aint mad... Still dropping pounds and technically eating whatever (well after Dinner but before 8 then nothing) with minimal exercise.....mostly Cardio and snow removal. It is perfect, can't complain.and........... I'm down to 157! (with a shrinking gut)
