I would like to start off by saying, this is INCREDIBLY random. I mean TECHNICALLY speaking a majority of the nonsense I post falls into that category here but this is... I guess especially the case here? IDK, I just work here (sometimes).
....ok, well maybe not. In fact technically this perfectly aligns with the style and gumption that I have always done (which is post stuff I think is interesting OR memes OR my fun adventures), but it has come to my attention that I have unmistakably and undeniably gravitated away from that (I mean c'mon, when was the last time I did a MEME round-up? (...I'm too busy $-!t posting them on my FB these days). But here are a few articles realllllll quick I'd like to share that involve DIY ethics. It's only three, nothing ot break the bank OR string you along though......continue reading to enjoy some sweet sweet guilty pleasures
1. Ideas concerning the reuse of PVC pipe:
Article by Kelly Vandon from from HOMETALK
I feel like everybody over the age of 30 has some random tubing laying around from various random projects they have seen online. Heck, a few years ago my wife Nancy built to Bad-dash Grim Reaper looking crypt keeper for our halloween set-up (that thing lasted for years before the tanked into it one night and broke it like a goof). This article contains a whole slew of suggestions for as myriad of things you can build. Bonus points awarded if you actually go out and build any of it. I persinaklly love the idea for a tool holder but that's just the handyman in me I guess. Either way Click here, here or HeRe
2. WOOD you or WOODn't you?
3. 14 Creative Crafts Made from Recycled Household Items
Pretty nifty and quirky DIY ideas in this article. They have DIY ideas for both materials AND projects--my favorite knickknack idea would probably be the BOTTLE CAP MAGNETS (what can I say I'm a suck for frig magnets, I'm THAT GUY). The strongest part of this article is that it is not your typical projects that you'd see in any DIY article and that says ALOT. As a person who seeks articles like this out I can tell you for certain that there are definitely cliche projects in this category (Ex: I find it very unoriginal to find DIY articles chaulked full of COASTER ideas or CANDLE holders (boooooooooooooooooooooooooring). Now This is cool ^. This right here....TOTALLY NIFTY, THRIFTY, and 60 outta FIFTY. I'm a sucker for things that bring the pollinators to our yard so naturally I had to use this as my article thumbnail. If you enjoy being craft, your partner enjoys it, and you like borderline cliche ideas (just cute enough to not annoy me, so this article gets a free pass as far as cliches go). It has tons of other ideas for sure and I'm sure you can land on a project or two that are up your alley. Click here for the full article. Or don't. Or just keep reading these words as I type and ramble on and take up space. (blah blah blah blah blah blah)
