Lake Michigan Stonge-henge: what I found

Sooooooooooooooooo I'm sure you just scrolled past my Wife's Birthday Post (well I'd wager you did because it is like 2 articles up ^^) but Here's something that I'd like to talk about because it is friggin cool.

But to reiterate-- I just found out recently that MICHIGAN HAS AN UNDERWATER STONEHENGE!!!! Yeah that's right! aaaaaaaaaaaaaand I'm michigan classic fashion there's a fun twist that keeps the destination from being oversaturated by tourists-- It is underwater in Lake Michigan :-)

That's right lords and Lasses, we got ourselves our own monolithic structure so SUCK IT ENGLAND! (except you Leanne, much love)

In 2007, a team of underwater archaeologists stumbled upon a pattern of rocks that appeared to be arranged in a geometric formation. Unlike the well-known Stonehenge in England, which consists of massive stones stacked in a circular pattern, the stones in Lake Michigan are not stacked but seem to form a distinct shape. This has led to speculation about their origins. (Michigan4u.com)

My Buddy did a thing.......AND IT'S EPIC!!!!!

 So I know this guy......well I've KNOWN this guy..... infact I've known his WHOLE family my WHOLE life (practically). I've been friends with his little brother since I was like 3 or 4....... BEST FRIENDS with his little brother almost my whole childhood. Their family introduced me to all the good stuff: STAR WARS, the ALIEN franchise, PREDATOR, Jurassic Park.... When we were little we rocked POWER RANGERS, TMNT, Biker mice from Mars, MORTAL KOMBAT. Basically me and the Caferelli Boys blew through ALL THE BEST pop culture stuff together growing up, and IT.WAS.TIGHT! 

........Definitely went on a tangent there, TOTALLY OFF TOPIC. Point is...... There's this youtuber, goes by the name DADDYDELICIOUS and he is a PHENOMINAL CHAP. seriously. Such a good dude, such a stand-up guy for other people, such a warm person to be around. He has a heart of gold and a drive to enjoy life. His channel documents his food reviews and his happenings with both his crazy projects (this is why we are here) as well as his charity work through the GHOSTBUSTERS Detroit chapter. We got to work together on many media projects through our mutual friend JOHNNY FLYNN and his media company COURAGEOUS LION STUDIOS. <-----That's right there is an article in and of itself.

But here's the bread and butter why you're here....... DaddyDelicious is a chap like myself, he just DOES things. Not for fame, or fortune, or notoriety, or even recognition, no-- People like us typically do things for one main reason...... BECAUSE IT SOUNDS AWESOME and we gotta know. So that being said:

HE MADE A FLAMETHROWER (legally of course)!!!!!!

Today is my Wife Nancy's Birthday!

 Happy Birthday Nancy, I just want to say I love you....cliche I know, but I do.

Hasn't exaCTLY BEEN a whole ton going on round these parts.... I just discovered something that I'm going to be typin an article up for in a few days-- At the bottom of Lake Michigan, a few years ago a stone henge-like structure was discovered sooooo that's a thing.

 Sometimes we need to take a break. You know, kick back. Unwind. Sometimes we need to smell the roses and this is a moment for that. I could spend my time making political commentary or doom and gloom over this and that but I'm not going to. I found this clip and it's awesome.  BREAKING NEWS: INTERNET COMMUNITY LOSES IT S*!t when Social Media platform is banned (but is likely just a farce and will be reinstated soon)

Many Americans awoke on Sunday January 19, 2025 to TIKTOK being inaccessible and were shocked despite all the coverage and notice on the issue prior to the ban.... Many people are calling this block on a PRIVATE BUSINESS platform a breach of free speech and their first amendment rights despite actually understanding how the first amendment works (and I'm again I'm here with the popcorn). Multiple sources report (not really) that people are appalled and shocked by this decision despite the myriad of other platforms with equal amounts of brain rot and doom scrolling.

Dead Internet theory is gettin pretty crazy I tell ya

Welp.....we're here everybody. We did it. We made it... Good job... Yay hahahahahaha.

No, but seriously, wow....2024--uh....yeah ...... what a ....year. IT certainly was no 2020 but it also was no 2012. But that's in the oast and we are no here to dwell on that are we (spoiler alert: no).
