Boy what a day: a TIKTOK melodrama

 BREAKING NEWS: INTERNET COMMUNITY LOSES IT S*!t when Social Media platform is banned (but is likely just a farce and will be reinstated soon)

Titles says it all and I'm here for the commentary. HAHAHAHAHAHA

Many Americans awoke on Sunday January 19, 2025 to TIKTOK being inaccessible and were shocked despite all the coverage and notice on the issue prior to the ban.... Many people are calling this block on a PRIVATE BUSINESS platform a breach of free speech and their first amendment rights despite actually understanding how the first amendment works (and I'm again I'm here with the popcorn). Multiple sources report (not really) that people are appalled and shocked by this decision despite the myriad of other platforms with equal amounts of brain rot and doom scrolling.

DJ: Hey there ominous blog poster who is really just me, I have been live in the trenches since about 3am today wading thru the reactions to this fiasco and people have A LOT to say. Some think it;s planned, some think it's the end times, some people weren't silly in the first place and never downloaded the APP so we have much diversity here and one thing I can tell you for certain is this-- the MEMEs are gold.

DJ: As you can see so far the reactions have been varied and here in Michigan somehow the detroit lions even found time to make an appearance. As mentioned before there are rumors that this is all a farce and that TIKTOK has been secretly purchased by META as source code and apparent evidecne has emerged online since the social media juggernaut was disabled.
