Always count on movie toys to spoil: Our first look at GALACTUS (ty LEGO)

 

I can't remember EXACTLY when it started but I think it was IRONMAN 3 with LEGO. If memory serves me correctly, which to be honest probably isn't the case, the twist with the MANDARIN was loosely spoiled with a toy set or maybe it was with Killian being the Mandarin. IRRELEVANT. I definitely know that I can recall endgame and beyond though. This is all funneling to a point here, that if there is secrecy is a marvel film you can always rely on the toys to spoil it. TONY'S Stark GAUNLET, The timesuits for example found themselves on shelves before the premieres....But you can't blame marketing for that because they have one job....MAKE AND MARKET products and tie-ins that SELL.

Not really much to say, not much to commentate. These pictures are worth that 1,000 words, so I'll let them speak for themselves. I was stumbling through YOUTUBE earlier and found the video linked below which led to my investigation and I must say I'm thoroughly impressed, they ACTUALLY stayed just about completely true to his origins here. One saving grace about GALACTUS is that you can do this, his existence in the MCU is high concept enough that issues such as translating the character from the page to the screen wouldn't be a problem. In all seriousness I'm just glad he's not a F#^%ing cloud.
