Bill NYE is 'Gettin it' on DWTS!

Here's a clip of Bill Nye on his debut performance in 'Dancing with the Stars.'

Personally I think Bill is doing to mainstream TV what bigbang does for nerds to mainstream audiences. It was whacky, innovative, and fun!

That's probably why the judges hated on himm soooooo hard also. IMO he didn't do bad at all. Especially with his ass almost-pushing 60. Especially, especially with the 'Science Guy' celebrating its 20th anniversary.

Bill Nye is a hero of mine, this guys has gotten myself and a whole generation of people interested in science and sciency thing. Just like Professor Proton he is responsible for shouldering a whole generation of scientists and their accomplishments are just as much his accomplishments.

You've made a ginormous impact in my life sir! Bill Nye wants to change the world! (as do I)
